I'm a clinical psychologist who has many years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Prior to joining Brackenfell Psychology, a private practice in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, my work within the state psychiatric setting provided exposure to a wide range of psychiatric and psychological disorders. I have a special interest in treating mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar and also work with different forms of trauma.

Another special interest is working with children and adolescents.
I have undergone additional training in the family and systems theory, which enables me to work effectively with family-related problems.

I provide both short-term and long-term (in-depth) psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, as well as play therapy for younger children. I believe in finding the most appropriate solutions for each client's unique needs. I work with clients to firstly establish their specific goals and then tailor my interventions accordingly. Therapy is a safe and confidential space aimed at improving quality of life. It is my mission to help achieve their personal goals through meaningful and empathic engagement.
