The COVID-19 pandemic has, and continues to impact our lives in various ways. It may be emotional, financial, mental, or a combination of all of these. We may be feeling fear, stress, anxiety, loneliness, and grief. These feelings are entirely normal during these abnormal times. A crises such as the corona virus pandemic which affects all of humanity, creates a universal feeling of dread, and occupies the collective unconscious of us all. If you are experiencing any negative emotions, please know you are not alone.
Social distancing regulations forces us to change how we interact with one another. As a psychologist, I have had to adapt my practice in order to continue offering services to my patients by offering online therapy sessions.
